What you need first
An Airtable account (any plan)
Integrations are registered at airtable.com/create/oauth, and third-party OAuth is available on all plan types.
Public privacy policy and terms of service URLs
Without them 'other users will not be able to authorize your integration.'
An HTTPS redirect URI (http://localhost is fine for development)
HTTPS is required except for localhost. Raw IPs other than localhost, fragments, wildcards and open redirects aren't allowed.
PKCE (S256) support in your OAuth client
The authorize request carries code_challenge with code_challenge_method=S256, and the verifier is 43–128 characters.
